It is expressly agreed that
participation in Shank You Juniors Volleyball Club sponsored activities
or events shall be undertaken by a member at his/her sole risk, and the
club shall not be liable for any injuries or any damage to any member's
person or property arising from participation in the activity or event
or transportation to or from this activity or event. Whether or not
caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Shank You Juniors
Volleyball Club. Shank You Juniors Volleyball Club shall not be
responsible or liable to members for articles damaged, lost or stolen or
for the loss of damages to any property including but not limited to
automobiles and the contents thereof.
